XPO announces third annual Careers Discovery Days at 25 sites in France
XPO, a leading provider of innovative and sustainable end-to-end logistics solutions across Europe, is organising its third annual Careers Discovery Days on 30 January and 1 February at 25 company sites in France. They will take place in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-France-Comté, Bretagne, Centre-Val de Loire, Grand Est, Hauts-de-France, Normandie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie, Pays de la Loire and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regions. The initiative aims to present a range of professions at XPO and attracted more than 650 participants in 2023.
XPO will be holding these open days in the following towns:
- On 30 January in La Croix Saint Ouen (60), Arras (62), Ussac (19), Beychac et Caillau (33), La Veuve (51), Reims (51), Sevrey (71), Andrézieux(42), Grenoble (38), Marigny (74), Arnas (69), Vitrolles (13), Toulouse (31), Pontchâteau (44), Angers (49), Sandouville (76).
- On 1 February in Bondoufle (91), Calais (62), Libercourt (62), Rosières-aux-Salines (54), Cuisery (71), La Crèche (79), Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone (34), Rennes (35), Nantes (44).

XPO offers participants the opportunity to discover a stimulating working environment and passionate teams, as well as potential employment opportunities in specific sectors. A major international enterprise, XPO Logistics is present in all regions of France, with a range of activities to meet customer needs across the entire logistics chain, including full truck-load transport, palletized distribution, last-mile delivery, global forwarding services, event-driven transport, warehousing and logistics services such as order preparation, picking, etc. The company's professions are highly varied and can be found on the road, on the docks, in the warehouse or in operations support departments.
Each site organises its own Careers Discovery Day in conjunction with the AFT Transport et Logistique, a recruiting and training organization. At most sites, participants will be offered a range of activities involving a truck driving simulator, virtual reality headsets, a safety awareness session and a quiz on the transport and logistics sector. Discussions with XPO employees are also part of the program.
