Register online for job forums on 31 January and 2 February 

XPO, a leading provider of freight transportation services, will hold job forums on 31 January and 2 February at 22 of its facilities in France. The forums are open to everyone and located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-France-Comté, Bretagne, Centre-Val de Loire, Grand Est, Hauts-de-France, Normandie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie, Pays de la Loire and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regions. In 2022, the company’s job forums attracted about 400 participants to 18 of its French facilities. 
XPO will hold the job forums from 9am to 5pm in these cities:  

• 31 January in Sérézin-du-Rhône (69), Andrézieux-Bouthéon (42), Fontaine (90), Pleumeleuc (35), Bourges (18), La Veuve (51), Rosières-aux-Salines (54), Sandouville (76), Le Vieil-Évreux (27), La Crèche (79)
• 2 February in Valserhone (01), Chalon-sur-Saône (71), Parçay-Meslay (37), Arras (62), La Croix-Saint-Ouen (60), Roye (80), Beychac-et-Caillau (33), Ussac (19), Villeneuve-lès-Bouloc (31), Pontchâteau (44), Saint-Sylvain-d'Anjou (49), Le Pontet (84)

XPO is giving people the opportunity to experience the company’s supportive workplace environment and its enthusiastic teams, and see first-hand the range of job opportunities available at its road transport operations.  
 
Each forum will follow this agenda: In the morning, XPO teams will welcome middle school and high school students. The afternoons will be dedicated to giving job seekers opportunities to learn more about XPO, participate in interviews and apply for positions as forklift operators, drivers and other jobs on fixed-term or permanent contracts. Educators, consultants and other professionals oriented towards transport and logistics can also attend in the afternoon.  
 
Gaëlle Provensal-Raoux, XPO’s human resources director – France, said: "Our 2022 job forums were a great success, particularly among young participants, and allowed us to recruit talented colleagues. This prompted us to expand our forums to 22 cities this year. We’re looking forward to raising awareness of the diversity of jobs we offer and communicating the attractiveness of our sector to an even wider audience." 

By signing the French Diversity Charter and establishing partnerships with organizations such as Energie Jeunes, Télémaque, L'Entreprise des Possibles and Sport dans la Ville, XPO is taking concrete action to promote diversity and inclusion. In particular, the company is leading initiatives to include more women in its workforce and to promote the professional integration of young people.
