XPO Logistics, a leading provider of freight transportation services, today announced the appointment of Bruno Kloeckner as managing director of its business in France. Kloeckner has responsibility for the company’s operations and growth strategy in France, and will serve on the executive board of the European business. He reports to Luis Gómez, XPO’s president – Europe. 

Kloeckner has a 15-year track record of enhancing performance through internal transformation. He joined XPO in 2020 as deputy managing director – France, with responsibility for sales, pricing, solutions design, procurement and maintenance. Prior to XPO, he held senior positions in Western Europe with leaders in the equipment and vehicle rental industries. Kloeckner holds a master’s degree in business administration from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) Paris, and a master’s degree in management and finance from Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) Nice.
