XPO Logistics, a leading provider of freight transportation services, has announced the appointment of Rémi Dujon as general counsel for Europe, effective 1 December 2021. Dujon is responsible for corporate legal matters related to XPO’s European business and will serve on the executive board. He reports to Luis Gomez, president – Europe.

Dujon has over 24 years of senior legal experience with publicly traded companies in the technology and industrial sectors. Prior to XPO, he served as general counsel for global steel tubes manufacturer Vallourec; and as general counsel for global telecommunications and IT services provider Orange Business Services. Earlier, he held senior positions with divisions of Orange and France Telecom, where the scope of his responsibilities included contract law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property law and the standardization of multinational legal practices. Dujon holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne in France.
