A message to our employees, customers and communities

As COVID-19 continues to spread, we’re taking all necessary precautions to protect our employees and serve our customers so we can minimize disruptions to the supply chain – and to society at large. We’re playing a critical role during this crisis as we deliver food, medical devices and supplies, technology and more. Our customers rely on us to fulfill the orders, transport the freight and stock the inventories that families, communities, hospitals and businesses depend on.

XPO Logistics is critical infrastructure. We’re also committed to helping our customers navigate disruptions through proactive business continuity plans per country.

While we serve our customers and communities, our focus is also on safeguarding our employees, many of whom are on the front lines of moving goods through the supply chain during an unprecedented moment in time. Across all of our teams, we’re seeing inspiring examples of resilience and resourcefulness to continue our important work and protect the health and safety of our colleagues and our customers. We appreciate every effort our colleagues are making to maintain our operations, take care of each other and keep supply chains running.

We’re taking prudent measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families, following the guidance of the World Health Organizationas well as our own company protocols. We have instructed employees to stay home if they’re ill, to be tested if they believe they have been exposed to COVID-19 and to report any exposure, health concerns or travel to high-risk areas.

XPO has created this COVID-19 resource center to provide up-to-date information to employees, our customers, and the media who are keeping our communities informed.
