XPO Logistics partners with Ares Power, part of Kingdom Energy Ltd, to expand the use of green energy across the UK and Ireland
XPO, a leading provider of innovative and sustainable transport and logistics solutions in Europe, has joined forces with Ares Power, part of Kingdom Energy Ltd, to provide a range of logistics services as it expands its green energy operations in the UK and Ireland.
Ares Power provides several energy-saving products for companies and individuals wanting to increase their use of sustainable solutions to help them operate greener and more effectively. The energy-saving products available from Ares Power for domestic use include solar panel systems, battery storage, heat pumps, and electric vehicle charging stations. Ares Power is part of Kingdom Energy Ltd, owned by Shanghai Electric. In addition to its UK office in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, Ares Power also has offices in Milan in Italy, Hilversum in the Netherlands, and Funchal in Madeira.
XPO Logistics has partnered with Ares Power to provide a one-stop solution for all logistics activities, utilising some of XPO's services within the company’s extensive portfolio, including customs brokerage, drayage, warehousing, and network deliveries, whilst digitising operations to improve the customer experience.
