XPO Logistics, a leading global provider of transport and logistics solutions, has promoted Patricia Sánchez to the newly created position of customer service leader for the company’s transport business in Iberia and Morocco. She will be responsible for leading XPO’s regional customer service teams, managing customer care initiatives and building customer relationships.

Patricia Sánchez joined XPO in 2015 in the role of operational excellence manager, and has led customer care and operational excellence initiatives in the Levante region. She holds a degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain.
