XPO Logistics accelerates its digital transformation in France by appointing Nicolas Sanchez as IT and Process Improvement Director

He joins the XPO Logistics Executive Committee in France and reports to Bruno Kloeckner, Managing Director for the region, and Nigel Rouch, head of strategic projects and technology – Europe.
Nicolas Sanchez will oversee the company's information systems, project management, and processes. His missions will align with XPO Logistics’ overall digitalization strategy across Europe. With over 25 years of experience in the transport, logistics, distribution, and information technology sectors, Nicolas Sanchez brings his strong expertise and rich background to XPO Logistics. Before joining the company, he held strategic leadership roles in digital solutions, including IT and Process Improvement Director, playing a key role in digital transformation and optimization of technological processes within major corporations. Nicolas Sanchez began his career as a project manager at the logistics company Mory Team before holding senior positions at DHL Supply Chain and Teleperformance.
