XPO Logistics, a leading global provider of freight transportation services, today took part in the roundtable discussion 'Talent as a differential element for the future of sustainable logistics' at the Logistics Talent Forum. The event was organised by the professional community Foro de Logística at the CaixaForum Madrid.

XPO was invited to participate due to its prominence as a sector leader and quality employer in Spain. The company was represented at the forum by Massimo Marsili, managing director – Southern Europe and Morocco, who emphasized, "XPO's firm commitment to promoting equality, inclusion and diversity among our employees, as well as the modernization of our sector, is making employment in transport and logistics more attractive. Importantly, career opportunities have become more aligned with the expectations of young talent — this is an essential factor in retaining talent within an organisation”.

During the roundtable, Marsili added that, "employees are always at the heart of our business. They play a fundamental role in the growth of our company, as collective success at XPO goes hand in hand with individual success. We are committed to investing in people, and we are very active in attracting new talent and developing the talent we already have".

XPO has about 1,500 direct employees in Spain, and creates more than 3,000 indirect jobs. The company has been chosen by Forbes as one of the best companies to work for in Spain every year since 2019, and has been named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune magazine for the last four years.
